Vinyasa Flow

My Vinyasa flow aims to unify movement, your breath, and quiet the mind. This is an all-levels class, suitable for any practitioner. Poses can be easily modified to fit your needs and abilities.

In our day to day lives, we tend to be in stasis more often than not. Many of us work hunched over a desk and at the end of a long day, crave expansion and movement.

My focus is to explore full ranges of motion to bring a deeper sense of body awareness and overall comfort.

Classes begin with a grounding breath-work exercise which leads us to gentle movements, slowly building up to our peak flow and posture. You should feel your heart rate elevated, and a good balance between effort and ease.

Classes are designed to leave you feeling clear headed, revived, and more deeply connected to yourself.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha differs from Vinyasa, in that the focus is not on the synchronization of breath to movement, and more on a slower pacing, with extended pose durations.

This class is suitable for all levels.

I always love starting a Hatha class with breath work, and leading into asanas designed to deepen flexibility, and allow time to explore each pose.

My Hatha class aims to anchor you in the present moment, and walk away from the experience feeling more grounded and comfortable in your body.
